Matching Gifts
Many employers have philanthropy programs that will help you maximize the impact of your charitable support. Some will match the gifts made by their employees. Having your gift double (or even triple!) matched is a terrific way to maximize your contribution. Some companies will also encourage and incentivize their employees to volunteer with their favorite nonprofit. Check with your business to see what their policies are for supporting charities.
Benevity
More than 750 of the world’s biggest companies use Benevity to power their workplace giving, matching and volunteering programs. If your company is one of them, your gift to SFXC may qualify for a corporate match, or your employer may provide opportunities to volunteer. Donors who give through the Benevity platform can create giving and peer matching opportunities. Donate Goods
Donating goods to SFXC is a great way to support our school community. Please check with staff first as donations must be approved based on current needs. All in-kind gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law.
SFXC families can earn service hours for the following donations:
- Case of water: 1 hour credit
- 10 boxes of Kleenex: 1 hour credit
- Copy paper – letter sized, 10-12 reams: 3 hour credit
- Color copy paper – 2 reams: 1 hour credit
Amazon Smile
AmazonSmile is a simple, no-cost way to support SFXC while you shop. Just go to smile.amazon.com and choose “Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini School” as your charity. From then on, any eligible purchase you make on Amazon will result in a 0.5% donation to SFXC.
